專案背景與意象
Sales Reception Center & Imagery of “Jade”


 

本案位於台灣台中市水湳特區,原為一座鋼構兩層建築,經改造後轉化為遠雄建設的新建案銷售接待中心。設計核心旨在呼應建案意象「碧玉」,透過建築語彙形塑品牌獨特的空間敘事。

Located in Taichung’s Shuinan District, this two-story steel-structured building has been repurposed as Farglory’s sales reception center. The design concept draws from the imagery of “Jade,” shaping a spatial narrative that reinforces the brand’s identity.

Steel Structure & Streamlined Façade


 

本案最大程度地保留既有鋼骨結構,並與基地開闊的視野相互呼應。建築立面採流線型飾板,適度調節建築外立面西向強烈的日照,確保內部光環境的舒適度,同時最大化視覺穿透性,使內外空間得以產生層次對話。

The project retains much of the original steel structure while integrating with the site’s expansive views. Streamlined façade panels regulate western sunlight, ensuring optimal lighting and visual permeability, fostering a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.

Layout & Immersive Experience


 

空間規劃以洽談大廳為核心,機能配置沿逆時針方向展開。東側與北側設置多功能服務與洽詢櫃檯,提供即時諮詢與接待服務;西側則規劃建築模型展示區,整合多媒體互動裝置,以沉浸式體驗深化建案敘事。

The layout centers around a discussion hall, with service counters on the east and north for immediate consultation, while the west houses an architectural model exhibition with multimedia displays for an immersive experience.

Suspended Black Box & Ambient Lighting


 

洽談大廳中心位置的「懸浮黑盒」整合視聽設備、照明系統與文宣品收納功能,低度的分割成南北兩個區塊;其天花運用模組化高感光擴散膜光片,紋理設計源自東方璞玉的細緻質感,透過高解析向量化輸出,並與鋼構系統綁定,形成一體化的視覺語彙。此設計不僅提供主要環境照明,更透過光影層次營造場域氛圍,使空間流動與品牌意象相互交融。

The central “suspended black box” in the negotiation hall integrates audiovisual systems, lighting, and promotional storage, subtly dividing the space. Its ceiling features modular diffusion panels, inspired by unpolished jade textures, rendered in high-resolution and seamlessly tied to the steel structure. This design provides ambient lighting while layering light and shadow to merge spatial flow with brand identity.
